A bunch of people on the internet with some crazy programs and super different techniques that are somewhat the "best way to train", but here it is the GOAT of the sport telling you how simple it is, just follow it with consistency and you will see results. You can't even count on one hand the people that had the results Jay Cutler had, he knows what he is talking about guys

I found that training the traps first will help keep them out of the movements when doing side laterals.

Wow that is the best way too do front delts I’ve ever seen. I usually can’t stand watching people do front delts but barbell with some angle in the elbows makes it look like a good way to hit the part of the front delt that doesn’t get used during chest and a bunch of other stuff. It looks like the space between front and mid is getting filled out. I really enjoying this whole routine great stuff.

Such a shame that the lateral raise machine is so hard to find these days, at least here in Denmark. I wanted one for the gym I work at, so I spoke to a fitness equiptment salesman, who basically said it wasn't worth getting one, cause too many people are screwing up their shoulders on it. I'd argue that the shoulderpress is more risky to more people though as it puts the shoulder joint to near end range or many abs machines that bring the lumbar spine into flexion under load.

Great info! 👍 I usually do the upper back, chest and shoulders in the same workout, which is not ideal i think . Have to separate shoulder workout and maybe take triceps with that.
Plus i always try to do certain problematic areas in every workout like abs and arms in general
And some leg movements. Used to do this HST type of method too when i was a bit lighter but i wasnt eating enough .
now my weight is about 235lb 14 % fat, ive never liked being like too ripped, its just a personal opinion Lol and started eating steaks and chicken n rice like crazy again it really gains good weight real fast ive noticed . Great to hear about The Gym project . Very nice.
