How many of us are up in the middle of the night watching this due to adaptation nausea?

We don't have to adapt quickly or do anything quickly with this diet. Be patient and trust the process. Results come to those who wait and are consistent.

Took me 5-6 weeks to become totally fat adapted with no nausea or diarrhea after a fatty meal. Sometimes I wondered if something was wrong with my GI system. Finally I'm feeling so good!!

Dr Berry says your pancreas sometimes needs time to build up to creating enough bile. Dr Boz says sometimes it takes time to repair leaky gut. Both of those can make you nauseated in the short-term, but they work themselves out.

This is what makes me trust you and those who advocate for carnivore... you're real about all the downsides because you can... because you know it's worth it.

I've been on keto for 6 years, I've been at a plateau though, for the last 4 years, I lost 120 lbs. but with 55 lbs. still to lose, I decided to switch to carnivore to get the rest of my weight off. I've been on carnivore for 7 days now, I thought I wouldn't have a "flu" period, because I was already fat adapted, but I was very wrong. I feel nauseous, had diarrhea all night last night, had chills and cold sweats... it seems to have passed for now, but I just hope it passes soon. I'm definitely not giving up though, I know I have to power through because once I come out the other side it will be well worth it.

I’m on my 2nd week of carnivore from keto. I have improved in so many ways, mood is a major one, no more aches and pains, complexion, so much less hungry, more energy but just started the nausea last night, I thought it was from over eating. I made a chuck roast and it tasted heavenly till about an hour later 😩 and even this morning. So glad for your video, I will see about making some adjustments according to your video and the comments. Thank you everyone!! I’m not giving up ❤️

Something that really helps me with nausea is to mix some apple cider vinegar with sparkling water! I drink it cold and the nausea is gone!

I think that a lot of nausea comes as the gut biome adjusts, as many bacteria release toxins when they die. I also noticed when I started paleo, that nausea occurred as my body went into and out of ketosis. Now been carnivore for two years.😁👍🏾🖖🏾

I just started 5 days ago. I do not feel well at all. My muscles are on fire. Especially in my shoulders and upper back. Plus, a lot of nausea. I gag a lot, but I'm not giving up!

I’m on my 2nd day of carnivore, woke up this morning with severe nausea, I was feeling discouraged but watching your video encouraged me 🙏🏼. I think what I need to do is lower my fat intake. I ate 2 really fatty ribeye steak yesterday

At last someone who admits that constantly eating beef is boring for some of us. The greater the variety of meat, the easier for me to stick with it. Thanks for the video

I eat OMAD (3:00 to 4:00 usually) I have a coffee about noon and if I’m feeling hungry, rather than eat too soon or suffer through it I’ll have 1-3tblsp heavy cream (depending on how much fat I feel I need to stop the hunger). This is working! Down 44lbs and LOVING IT!

I know this video was posted 2 years ago but it is definitely still relevant for me. I am having night time nausea recently. I am on carnivore for 106 days now. Lost 45 pounds and am currently stalled for 2 weeks and having nausea. I have been on OMAD for a couple months. I may be eating too much at dinner time. I have started to eat 2MAD to see if that helps. I think the idea to eat cold fat vs. rendered fat is dead on. I will definitely try that. Thanks Bella!

I’ve been making all of these these things that trigger the nausea 😢. Bone broth every day, used mix my butter with hot water . No wonder I got so sick 😢 thank you so much for all the tips . Greatly appreciated ❤

Wow, this was SO helpful! I'm new to carnivore - 5 days in - and lost my cookies... errr, short ribs... last night. I'll be doing things differently from now on! Thank you for taking some of the "fears" out of this new adventure! Pressing on for my health's sake...

Never had gallstones issues until I started carnivore, I got so much nausea and stomach pain as soon as I started fatty meat. I was finally diagnosed with gallstones and recommended to remove the gallbladder surgically which I didn’t do yet. I’m still struggling. I only eat lean meat now which isn’t helping with my brain fog . But it’s a lot better than regular diet. No more joint pain no more muscle inflammation no more skin inflammation which was a big issue for me 😢. So much thankful for this way of eating 😅

I am on day 11, and this is me after I eat my first meal, and it lasts throughout the day making it very hard to eat anything else until the next day. Not giving up though!

Thank you so much for this video! I'm 50 days in and have been so confused by this nausea and meat aversion. I feel so much better knowing it's a normal thing that can happen and will pass!❤
