Hi Bunny. It is absolutely perfect that you share this. My mother got R.A..she grows so many vegs herbs ..and has managed her illness so admirably following diet that helps her healthy biome. This video coming from you..is just gold. Sharing your experience and trials results and garden loving spin as the medicine is in nature. Not drugs..I experienced much success weaning off meds for depression..which was told would take years to do by a 'trusted' kind doctor..I did it in 3 months and felt free to manage my healing via eating healthy.am sure others will feel so encouraged and enriched by the info and consequent support and love you put into this. THANK YOU. 5 years ago I started sweating profusely, sleeping 18 hours a day, pain.
I just got out of a 4 week flare up. I have Polyglandular Autoimmune Syndrome. Nobody knew what we were talking about. In these 5 years, I’ve been to (truth) over 60 drs in Vegas. All they would prescribe was steroids and Tirosint. I refuse to take steroids as they destroy your bones after a while. I just had full hip surgery from Avascular Necrosis, usually caused from steroids.

Those with Long Covid (including me, for the last 2 years) have apparently found an anti-inflammatory diet extremely helpful. I’m going to try it, but cutting out sugar and bread is going to be tough, so I’ve been holding off. Some have said you only need to do it for 6 months to reduce inflammation but this may only apply to Long Covid. This was a fascinating video, really helpful and lots of things to try out. Long Covid is completely debilitating so information like this is just brilliant. As an unresearched condition, we need all the ideas we can get.

I'm sorry to hear that you had this disease and that it caused awful inflammation . I too have an autoimmune disease ...and I had endometriosis too. I follow a Keto diet now - no sugar and low carbs . I take high doses of turmeric with black pepper, fermented veg, raw cider vinegar, kefir as well as lots of veg . My son’s elderly Labrador was suddenly unable to get up and walk. The vet gave them boswellia extract to try. Thinking it was probably a complete waste of time they gave it a try anyway. It worked and the dog lived actively for at couple more years.

Thank you for this. You didn't have to do this at all and I know many viewers like me have benefited from it. I didn't know about a few things you discussed. It is immensely relieving to hear that someone found a way out. Instead of popping pills, you found a healthy alternative. I have allergic tendencies and I know apple cider and excercise has definitely helped me with a healthy diet. No sugar is the real deal for sure.

Since taking probiotics I've found that it's helped with my depression. I've also recently started baking my own breads but using heritage flour Emmer, it's a much heavier bread but you don't eat as much but I feel better for it. All the best Bunny.
