They look good nice and modern, minimalist design and not clogging up space. The problem is the rent prices in London are equal to 1 months total salary so you have nothing left.

Now this is one where I can finally say that I love the flooring as well as the way that they’ve dressed the apartments. Usually I get disappointed when everywhere is covered in marble floor tiles and grey, grey & more grey interior design 😑. Great tour as always guys!

Matt's face when he thought someone was going to burst in the door to save him after hitting the panic button 😂😂

I live in the San Francisco area. About three years ago, I was looking for a nice apartment in the city, and visited several high end properties. I must say that having seen your video, the British really know how to do luxury as the appointments of the apartments and the common amenities in your video are superior to those in San Francisco even though the pricing is similar. I notice also that in England, the refrigerator is always built in whereas in the States, it is not. I like built-in better. Nice work!

I LOVE how Summer tries to open a door, and as usual, has issues with it... and then not once, but twice, her attempts are cut/edited out!!! Love you guys, keep making these please!

People living/renting in Canary Wharf would normally be there for convienience because they work there or nearby. I don't think that's the case now with the pandemic.

All the communal areas are lovely.

I really enjoyed looking at these units. Both were great. I liked the second one better. It seems to have a much nicer view. Being pet friendly is a plus. The roof top and communal areas were very well presented. What a good idea to be able to rent that one room for parties. A very impressive building. Great video, Matt and Summer.

Just so you people watching understand. Over £3000 for rent means your individual or combined income MUST be around a year to rent that, pay bills, pay travel, recreational and savings/investment.

I love the idea they have come up with. Rooftop area is great. The communal areas with tea, coffee and wine fantastic. I really like the one bed, really nice flow and felt cosy. Amazing balcony space.

What a well designed and thought out building. Absolutely loved everything ❤
I also preferred the one bedroom apartment, especially the views.

Great presentation. But at 5.42, we can see that the access to the WC is through the bedroom. That's not really convenient when you have friends or family visiting you.

I pay £1.500 for a semi- Detached 3 bedroom house with off street parking for 2 cars, utility room, with a Garden !!! And I live in Ascot, just outside the M25, just 20 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport, 15 minutes drive from Legoland,
20 minutes drive from Windsor Castle. 37 Minutes from Chessington The World of Adventures Park Theme. I got the brand new Lexicon city centre in Bracknell just 10 minutes drive from my doorstep, I got my brand new Lesuire Centre in Maidenhead, just 20 minutes drive as well.

..And you want me to pay £3.250 for a tiny little flat in Canary what lol. 😂

Great tour as usual! Thanks! Apartments, prices and area bleeding awful!

That is an eye watering monthly rent which I guessing is mainly down to location.... I personally wouldn't want to sit on balcony to look at the side of an office block for that price, but each to their own.

I think it will be a struggle for playing ping pong on the windy roof top. But it's a cozy roof top for hang out and i love that one bedroom apartment. Good presentation as always, thank you.

This only makes sense if one has no plans of retiring comfortably. Paying this much out of pocket, and not by the company, is just a terrible financial decision when one can be buying a home and put money to work. But yeah, it's a very cool place.

Great video tour as always! I enjoyed seeing this as I plan on moving to London in the near future. Definitely like seeing potential places to rent!
