I am Methodist, but you are referring to the United Methodist Church, which I am not. The title of this video should be more specific. There are several Methodist denominations besides the United Methodist Church.

These Methodists and others who claimed that Jesus never spoke of homosexuality. Very untrue 2nd Timothy 3 16 says all scripture is God breathed and therefore Jesus being part of the Trinity did condemn homosexuality, adultery etc just by being part of the God head that guided Paul when he wrote Romans 1 and 2nd Corinthians

I was once a united Methodist but left the church 30 years ago when I was quite young.
I was never comfortable with female pastors back then either.
Glad I left when I did as they have gone down the rabbit hole I want nothing to do with. My heart goes out to the traditional Methodists who have to stomach this vile garbage!
I have found a Bible based church which I love!

when homosexuality is brought, Leviticus is often quoted. Leviticus is not he only scripture that condemns homosexuality. 1 Corinthian's 6: 9-11 condemns it as well as Galatian's cha 5 does not outright condemns it, it does condemn when ye lust after the flesh you are against the spirt of GOD

I hadn't been to a Methodist church in a while. When I was growing up, we said the Apostles' Creed at my UMC. When I went the other day, they instead read the creed from The United Church of Canada!! What?!?!

I resigned from the UMC in 2016 when a bishop was ordained, and her wife was there to support her! The Scripture that that woman read had nothing to do with gender - and I don't know what version she was reading but it wasn't right. More and more I think I'm getting to understand what God meant when He cursed the serpent in Genesis 3:15 when He said, "I will put enmity be you and the woman..." I'm not blaming any particular individual - the problem is religion vs true religion. Thank you for your boldness young man. Is your name?
