Thank you for this walk-through. I've used pfblocker in the past and had issues with use. I never found a good tutorial and abandoned it's use on many of my firewalls just for lack of time to really dig in. Things are a little slower for me lately, so the timing of your video is perfect.

Great video; I just configured pfsense and was wondering whether this would also prevent YouTube ads, unfortunately it did not; still, it was a great video that explained everything in detail. On Chrome, it nearly prevented all advertisements. I have two enquiries, one connected to this video, and the second in general.

1. If there is a way to block YouTube adverts, either through the YouTube app on a tablet or the YouTube website on any browser, please let me know.
2. I have a FreeNas file server set up on premises, and I only want one PC to have access to it; is that possible?

Bro, I have setup pfsense as DNS server using resolver. Using self signed ssl certificate. I cannot access pfsense gui via domainname but IP resolves. How to troubleshoot this? Thank you?
