Ron's most embarrassing secret is still cooler than every other man's passions.

What’s even funnier is that when the writers came up with Duke Silver, they originally did it as a joke, only to find out that Nick Offerman actually knows how to play the saxophone in real life. It was a complete coincidence.

"I'm Duke Silver." "You have a twin brother?"
"What?"
"I have a twin brother." "You're Duke Silver?"

Whoever's idea that was is brilliant

The look of shock everyone gets is the best. Not an amazed look, but a look of excitement and joy that it’s a part of Ron they couldn’t imagine. That’s friendship.

season 7 of this show is great, but the pawnee-eagleton unity concert is definitely the best finale the show could have had

The saxophone part of 5000 candles is unironically one of my favorite pieces of film music

The entire show was just an excuse, a ruse to bring Duke Silver out of hiding.

I've never seen this show, but it is suddenly my life's goal to binge the entire thing.

"You're like 'the saxophone player for the California Raisins' good" had me scream-laughing for about five minutes.

I just realized, Duke Silver only performs at Ron's town. I bet they've met somewhere

I used to think that Leslie not knowing Ron's alter ego was a fun twist, cause she knew everything (or at least everything Ron let slip) about him, more than anyone else.

Now I realize it's just another attribute to how great of a friend she was. This was one of Ron's deepest secrets, one he didn't want his coworkers to find out, and Leslie was the only one who didn't find out. He revealed his alter ego to her when he wanted to.

If Ron was the man, and oh boy he was, Duke was the man cranked to 11.

The thing at the end where Ron and Leslie clearly were goofing around all night and killed a whole bottle of Lagavulin…..

The 19 notes Duke Silver plays during the Sebastion tribute are the most significant 19 notes ever played by a saxophone...Sorry John Coltrane, Dexter Gordon, Stan Getz, Raahsan Roland Kirk, and Charlie Parker, but you never just played 19 notes with that much heart and soul all up in our Jazz.
