A Quick & Easy Dish For Your Family & Kids After School Dinner/OLD SCHOOL CHIX & CHEESE ENCHILADAS

OLD SCHOOL CHICKEN AND CHEESE ENCHILADAS

This another quick and easy way to enjoy enchiladas
RECIPE:
1 whole roasted chicken (picked)
2 can green enchilada sauce
16 oz Mexican cheese blend
10 small flour or corn tortillas
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste

add chicken,8 oz cheese,spices,1/2 can sauce,to bowl and mix well
roll mixture in tortilla and place in baking dish with a bit of the sauce on the bottom of the baking dish
pour remaining sauce over enchilada and add remaining cheese
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes on 350 degrees
