(a) Banded Offset Incline Bench Press (5 reps/side)
(b) Banded Offset Flat Bench Press (5 reps/side)
(c) Banded Crush Grip Push Up (5 reps)
(d) Crush Grip Flat Bench (10 reps)
(e) Crush Grip Incline Bench (10 reps)
[Do 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]

I did variation of this very workout, at the gym this morning, although without the band. Cross grips push-ups are tough, even without the band. I’m gonna have to try it with the band.

Just in time to add to our daily workout, so ouch! 71lbs really ouch and push ups on the round side of the KB really caused a lot of consternation (ie swearing).Additional sweat, great! Keep them coming.
