wow i can’t believe it, i followed her along in workout routine she was doing and i was legit dying... but after it was over, i felt relieved. also, i checked my hips, and my hip dip is rarely visible anymore. i’m going to do this everyday till it’s gone, it actually works and i’m so happy right now! 5/3/18

it’s now been almost 2 months, sorry for not updating, i kept forgetting to update my comment but i did this workout for about 1 1/2 months and now my hip dips are completely gone. my hips are now filled and i am so happy. i recommended doing this workout at least 1-2 times a day for a month or longer and you’ll get some really great and permanent results :) 6/30/18

so updates !! i’m sorry this is 2 years later!! but ok ok, i did this workout for almost a year and my hip dips are completely gone! i only did this workout about once every 2 days so you guys don’t need to go all burn out mode. i read some of your comments and no, my butt is not shaped as a square and it’s perfectly round lol. if you guys have issues with getting a square butt, i recommend doing squats. squats REALLY help with building your butt and making it more round and defined i guess you could say. i did maybe around 50 squats a day and it’s made my butt round and plump lol! and no sorry i actually don’t have pictures of what my hip dips looked before i did that workout cause i kinda lost them when i got a new phone so sorry about that!

in addition! a lot of you are saying you can’t get rid of your hip dips cause it’s genetics and you’re right about that, but IT IS possible to make your butt rounder and really, it’s also about your posture when standing that gets rid of your hips dips. obviously if you stand and clench ur butt, ur hip dips are going to appear, but by doing the workout along with squats to make ur butt rounder, it will improve your overall look. ik a lot of ppl can be really self conscious about their body and one part of that is hip dips. just know that with motivations and hard work, you can achieve anything you put ur mind to!

I see so many comments saying “you can’t change your bone structure” and you’re right. But what you can change is muscle size, these exercises should be targeting 3 muscles, the gluteus maximus, gluteus minimums and tfl. It could possibly be the angle at which these exercises are, but if you look at Gabriella’s older videos she clearly does have hipdips (and there’s nothing wrong with that). Currently she should be 17 and the minimum age to get a “fat transfer” is 18 (a fast transfer is the surgery that is most often used to enlarge the hips to look natural). So unless she did some black market stuff or payed like double the sum (and then some to bribe), I really doubt that her hips come from anything but determination and patience.

I have always had hip dips, I have a big butt with hip dips and trust me the looks isnt cute. Ive always wanted to try out these workouts but I never did until last month. I now feel confident with my body and no longer need to worry about my hip dips. Now that my hip dips are gone I can now finally wear leggings so thank you so much gabby!! 💓💓💓💓

I've been doing this workout for 2 months and a half, I workout 5-6 times a week, each last 1 hour. I combine her workouts but never in a day I skip this hip dip workout. So the result is my hip dip is gone, I have rounder butt, nicer body. Her workout are bomb, I recommend you guys who want to have bigger butt do this hip dip 4 rounds, her curvy hip and big booty 4 rounds and if you want more, try the victoria secret butt workout 2 rounds then use the miniband to complete you leg day. That's my routine, Gabby is my motivation for getting my body back in shape. Just doing her workout consistently and see the results. Thanksss

im not blessed with wide hips . So I do this workout along with inner thigh and waist workout to make my hips look shaped. This works !

So I started this workout today, I’ve been trying to get rid of hip dips by doing different workouts but Imma stick to this one for as long as I can (:

Day 1: was pretty tiring and I am sweating all over the place, I have to admit I did stop sometime in the video but kept going! I feel a bit of the burn....

Day 2: so I woke up with a tighter stomach and just to inform you guys I have been doing workouts this whole week, but this workout I started yesterday. Anyways, I’m sweating (like always) and I also noticed my hip dips were a bit smaller and less noticeable. :) sorry I’m late tho.

Day 3: Just to inform u all I have been doing workouts for a week now and I reduced 1 inch off my waist, but anyways today was my cheat day, although I tried to eat as little as possible. But, my hips look more toned and I hope they will fill up asap! :) Anyways, this workout was a bit more easier. Btw my measurements are
Bust: 39-40
Waist: 29
Hips: 40
(It seems like a lot to everyone which is why I’m trying to reduce weight)

Day 4: I didn’t see as much as a difference today, but I changed my mind and did today’s workout. I finally didn’t stop

Day 5-6: wasn’t feeling good and decided to rest a little
(Srry; will continue on day 7)

Day 7: ok so my hip dips are so close to being invisible and I have lost about 5-6 pounds in the last week, so I will be working hard the next few days! My goal is to lose 20 lbs. (:

Day 8: same as yesterday....

Day 9: so

Day 10: so I decided Im probably gonna take a break from updating and try new workouts so I don’t get used to this one😊 but I was happy to see my hip dips looking better and gaining more energy and doing hard work. This is a killer in my arms, It's more like a arm workout for me. I can't even complete this workout becouse I cant lift myself up this intire time. I really want to get rid of my hip dips though. help
