Great job, Logan. I'm new to Zoom and wonder how I delegate meeting host and scheduling to an associate when I'm on vacation or on a business trip. I have no problem giving them my account information, but can they schedule a meeting using my log in credentials and invite themself?

If I add a licensed user to my Pro account can they host a meeting that is longer than 40 min? Or am I the only one that has the extended time? It says I can add 1-9 licenses, do I have to pay for each additional license or are they included in the plan?

Hi!! So what is the advantge of adding a basic user to your zoom account? This person can do the same as if he was on their own, or it has any advantatge if is in your account? It seems not.

Another question, added users, use the same PMI of the principal account? Or they keep their personal pmi? Thank you!

Hi Logan, thank you for your clear explanation. The admin part in particular gives me questions and there is little information available about it. My problem is that I work for a client. I have the login details, but sometimes you only get access with an identification code. This is sent to the person who manages the account. I do not have access to that email address and therefore no access to that code. This is not so bad during the day, but it is in the evening because my colleague is not available then. Is there a solution for this without incurring costs? Surely this must apply to almost all organizations? What am I overlooking? Kind regards, Marisca

Hi and thank you for the informative video. Quick question- A company just added me to their account. How does that work on my end? Will they send me account info and I will use my email to log in or do I log into zoom like I usually do when I want to host or join a meeting with my email and something will appear about this company on my home page ? Thanks for your video and explanations.Still I'm wondering - as we are a global, volunteer network- we do pay for the pro account. Sometimes zoom recognises people who are logging in to open a zoom room, and sometimes not - then a password is sent to my personal email (as I am the official owner of the zoom account).
Is there any way around this, without paying more?

Hi logan. I just purchased a one additional license on my Zoom pro account, but I it is not showing up Users page. When I edit for my employee and then select "Licensed" it tells me I need to buy other license - even though I just paid a license #2 in my account. Where is the license? I can not assign it if it is not showing in my account. Thank you.
