Download Zoom Here:

Then, open Zoom and select Schedule. Then you’ll need to enter information for your scheduled meeting. Add a topic title for this call. Then set the date and time you want your meeting to start and end. By default Zoom will auto-select the time zone your device is set to, but you can change it if you like. You can also set this meeting up as recurring if you like, if for example you want to have a weekly meeting at the same time. If you choose the recurring option, you will need to specify those scheduling details later on in the calendar system you choose to use.

Next, select whether you want to use the automatically generated meeting ID, or your personal meeting ID. If you like, you can add a passcode for your meeting to keep it secure. Check off whether you want to use a waiting room so only people you admit to the meeting can join, as well as the option to only allow authenticated users to join the call. Choose whether you want to begin the call with your video on or off as the host, and do the same for the participants. If you’re planning to screen share like for a presentation, choosing video off is a good idea. Then, choose what audio source you want to use. Lastly you can choose which calendar you want to add this meeting to. Now click Save. This will automatically create an event in the calendar program you’ve selected. Add any additional details as needed, then use that calendar event to invite the attendees you want to join your meeting. You can also share the invitation info elsewhere. Go to your Meetings tab in the Zoom app and click Copy Invitation. Then you can paste the meeting invitation info into an email, instant message, etc.

She's great. Appealing voice, perfect english no hard to understand accent, and just gets right to the facts without filling in with a lot of needless chatter that bores me to death. She's great.
