Really concise and clear, without being oversimplified. Beautiful. One question: Why do peripheral tissues Need cholesterol (I realize Cholesterol is a structural component of most cells), and how does it signal the liver that it is needed. I know why Triglycerdies are needed (for energy) and Cholesterols also is needed to synthesize hormones.
