I'd love to see more accessibility articles please CNET. My mother's eyesight is rapidly declining and once it's gone beyond a key point, she won't be able to use her TV (even though listening to shows still brings plenty of enjoyment), has already given up on her Windows 7 computer, Kindle Fire and iPad tablets, and Android smartphone. I suggested that an Alexa can bring something, at least for getting information, but using it to control a TV/Cable box or replying to emails or reading the contents of web pages, I doubt it, but don't know. Please do an accessibility series for people who can't hear, see, control a keyboard/mouse, etc.

Thank you so much for explaining this! It would be a bit better if you talked a little slower for ppl who are hearing impaired. Otherwise, I have to keep pausing or rewinding because I don't hear all the words properly. Thanks for the video 😊

What is the point of text-to-speech if I have to use my hands to select isn't it just faster to just read the crap that's on the screen isn't there a way to talk to your phone no hands-free and have it talk back to you you know chat with your phone get it get it?
