When can I sit after my Fat Transfer (BBL)?

We believe that sitting right after surgery causes the fat to reabsorb... so, NO sitting for 3 WEEKS after surgery. Spoiler Alert: NO pillows.

However, there are 2 times when you NEED to sit for the first 4 days after surgery:
1. EVERY time before you stand up
2. To use the restroom

if your plane has empty rows, the flight attendants WILL allow you to lay down in the row for take, landing and the duration of the flight as long as the seatbelt will fasten around you. Ive done it twice now.

My doctor told me 3 weeks too, I was swollen and of course you think you've lost volume, but I didn't. The swelling just went down. I started to "fluff" my 2nd week. Super happy with my results

I would love to know your opinion on using the BBL pillow after the "magical" first 3 weeks (weeks 4-6). I sat on my bbl pillow for a 5 hr flight home after I stayed week in Miami for my surgery. I tried to stay in the bathroom but it was just unrealistic to do that for all 5 hours. Tbh it is what it is. I doubt I’m really gonna lose all the results, however I have been sleeping on my stomach and not sitting for 3 weeks now.

Today is my 3rd day post op, and ive slept on my stomach only, im so happy to have found this video and Now I know that I need to sleep like this for 3 weeks. I deffinetelly fainted on my first day because I was so weak, I had not eaten anything and I was just waiting for the anestesia to be over.

The “she wees” female urinary device worked amazingly whattt. The thing saved my life! 😂 Got a pack on Amazon for like $6. It would have hurt to sit to pee. The other thing that saved my life was the lipo 360 wrap (full 360 foam compression wrap). Less work than stuffing in all the lipo foams. Also, the bbl pillow SUCKED driving on cuz it was uncomfortable but it got me to my massage appt’s and back before I was supposed to be sitting for long periods of time.

I’m almost 4 weeks post op and have yet to sit down normally . I did make a diy bbl chair out of a lawn chair but it’s uncomfortable 😂 And I want to sleep on my back soo bad but I was afraid it would effect my results. This video was definitely helpful !

I’m one month post op. Had a tummy tuck so couldn’t lay on my stomach. Sat on my butt whole time and still have all my volume. Fat was injected above the muscle in my case.
