Ah yes the curse of the devil strand, where you can grow it but something always seems to take it out before harvest. weather its blight, random fires, or animals eating it.

For Beginners,
If you have many researchers on (like Quill has here) you can build one or a few ground-penetrating scanners. It takes a long time to find ores so starting early with that can help.
(it's just not as important for Quill cause the series will likely not run for too much longer so the infinite resources aren't needed in Quills case)

27:44 Cancelling bedrest completely for injured pawns isn't always a good idea as it increases infection chance. However, this is mitigated somewhat by time since the wound occurred; in this case the chance is still there but a fair bit of time has gone by since the injury occurred, so it's /prolly/ OK..

my play i lost my crops 3 out of 4 seasons. i finally just turned attacks off played game like that for 2 ingame years lol. learning basics at least
