Just watched this video on the heart again. I'm not in the med field, but a recent new interest. Found out I have a LBBB and EF was 25, 4mo later still 25 and looking at a BiV ICD. With meds and using a recumbant bike every day, my EF has gone up to 35-40, then 45. Having an Echo next week and hoping it's better still.
I wish my cardiologist had time to really explain it all. Thank goodness for sites like yours! I want to really Learn and See it. Cath showed my arteries were clean, huge, and beautiful! So that's good, for now. 🤞
