Excellent video! Made the textbook make much more sense. I'm still not understanding when potassium returns to the cell. Is this after the hyperpolarization with the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase pump?

Why is the resting membrane potential negative 70 mv? The cell is filled with potassium which is a cation. Also how/when does potassium renter the cardiac cell?
