In this video, Dr Mike explains the electrical conduction of the heart.
He shows how a wave of depolarisation can move from the SA node to the atria to the AV node to the bundle of His to the Purkinje fibres.
He also shows how these electrical waves can be interpreted on an ECG (EKG)

I am just in awe of the way you can teach this. I was completely lost in class. When I graduate nursing school it will be primarily because of you. Please don't ever stop teaching, you're amazing.

This is absolutely incredible teaching. Your enthusiasm and pace are superb. This is the first time as a first year medical student that someone has explained ECG with context and it has given so much more meaning to it seeing it in terms of where the positive charges are over time. Thank you so much Dr!

I have looked at this system many times, I love the way you explain this! As a nurse doing another Cardiac course this just finally made sense so I can explain to patients and hopefully understand EKG better. Thank you so much for your videos and how you creatively breakdown the process into easy to understand methods. Cheers!

Boom!....I've watched half a dozen other videos to really understand why the "T" wave is (normally) positive in Lead II, when the intuition is that in "repol" it should be negative you're the first that explained it so simply that it all made sense!...Thank you kindly Dr. Mike!!!
