Seriously though, this is life-changing. This sandwich is on par with Pret a manger and delis I go to - and now I can make 4 similar qualitu sandwiches for just a bit over the price I'd usually pay for one. And if I ever make lunch for a date, this is a surefire way to get them to consider marrying me. 😂

I do not eat tomato on sandwich. A restaurant that knows I don't like tomato in salad made my caprese with cucumber slices instead. I might do that with this sandwich.
