My GSD did this when she was younger it was weird phase but then she started eating from the bowl again. Its good though, hand feeding builds a solid bond

My border collie is the same won’t eat from a bowl we have to feed her from our hand then she eats I think it’s just fussy when I you give them a new bowl or change there bowl for a new one then they won’t eat I think

I have to had feed my dog if he gets into something he really likes, beef, chicken, trash bag. So I will hand feed him to he eats his dog food on his on. It’s a gather play.

I hate that collar. If they trained you don’t need prongs digging into their necks.
