10 weeks out 🚀
Seeing more progress, which is good. Runs and bikes are feeling better, especially from where I started.
Hit 20k yards swimming for the first time in a week.
Also, hit a new longest ride. Held a solid pace throughout and wasn’t ideal conditions, so that’s promising.
Shins/calves tend to feel a little sore toward the end of the week.
