Im doing the 75 hard program, but after 5 days on a gallon of water "failed" the water requirement and started again with reduced water requirements. Starting on the higher amount helped reset my cronically low water drinking, but I want to continue at a rate that feels best for my body. I appreciate that this program is helping me meet my personal goals, but can see how it could be damaging for some.

I’m telling you, this 75 Hard program changed my life. He addresses all the concerns about people but what you don’t understand is it’s a mental challenge. It works. I tried it at first with substitutions, but it did not work. Then, I did it the right way. Just stick to the program. Pick a diet and a workout regime that is not too easy, but it’s not too hard. It’s really not about the hard workout, it’s about the mindset of doing it.

I did it and it really helped me, it helped me feel alot better and made me more confident.
I lost 12 kilograms and got alot stronger.
I do reccomend it if you're sure you can do it

It is completely worth it. It’s to challenge yourself mentally and physically for 75 days. It’s called hard for a reason!

Do you think with the 2x 45 min workouts, that a gal of water is necessary or still depends on something?

I tried it twice but I think the gallon of water is too much for me. By the 3rd day I started feeling thirsty and on the 4th day I was extremely thirsty, nauseas and weak. I googled and I think it’s what you said about my electrolytes being off balance. I drank salt (electrolyte) tablets and drank a Gatorade the next day and felt better but if I don’t keep up with the salt tablets and Gatorade while drinking a gallon, I feel extremely thirsty. I’m 108 pounds and I think a gallon a day may be too much for me.

I was seriously thinking about doing this and I completely agree with everything you've said. Balance and sustainability is key. And nothing about this is balanced or sustainable for me personally.

It's NOT a programme it's a MINDSET Challenge. There's nothing hard about it. Calculate how much time u spend on SM??? While u can do ur reading and inside training

Rest is critical to recover and rebuild. I’m not a fan of this program. I’m trying the 75 medium quit alcohol, reading more, and drinking a lot of water. My problem is daily exercise. That alone, gives me pause to continue or just modify it to meet my needs.

The daily pictures should be motivational to make you not a fat dope. People need to quit using the word trigger and deal with it. The world is a mean place and will eat you alive. It’s 2.5 months, 7 steps a day, what do you have to lose?
