It's a lot harder to budget when you're not entirely sure how many hours you're going to get at work

Is anyone else seeing their recommendations grow up with them? I just turned 20 and it feels like YouTube is trying to remind me everyday I’m hurdling towards the real world.

The moment you divided the checks to the sinking funds I was like “WOAHHH” so that’s how you budget.🤯 mind blown away.

I'm 64 years old and I've never seen anything that organizes my budget like your video. Thank you so much!!!

I love how you broke it down, explaining everything step by step. I've been trying to do a biweekly budget for some time now but just played everything by ear, just paying whatever, whenever it was due. I also like how you organized them by due date. This makes everything so much easier & organized. Since it's still the beginning of the year, I can start with my next paycheck. See, you're never too old to learn from these young folks, lol, (I'm 53) God bless.

All I learned is that I can’t survive off of minimum wage even if I budget <3

I know that if I try not to spend on something, when I finally do I overdue it. So I give myself 20$ a check for clothing. That’s 1 or 2 items a check. That’s it. My wardrobe builds without my killing my bank account. Sometimes I’ll save that weeks to compound with the next check.

I've been trying to do a bi-weekly budget for the longest and nothing really made sense, but this... this makes total sense! The 'Sinking Fund' was the light bulb moment!

This was such a great video. Im 16 and very nervous (but also very excited) to get my first summertime job and i wanted to be as educated about money as i possibly can be while also knowing how to handle it properly without overspending unnecessarily. This video really helped me understand how to budget effectivley given that im very ignorant to the whole concept of money right now but this video definitely helped a lot and you've certainley just earned a new sub💙

As an 18-year-old making $19/hr, saving is the best thing that I’ve done for myself! It’s truly life saving! My budgeting skills are getting better and better.
