I've been trying to do a biweekly budget for some time now but just played everything by ear, just paying whatever, whenever it was due. I also like how you organized them by due date. This makes everything so much easier & organized. Since it's still the beginning of the year, I can start with my next paycheck. All I learned is that I can’t survive off of minimum wage even if I budget <3

I know that if I try not to spend on something, when I finally do I overdue it. So I give myself 20$ a check for clothing. That’s 1 or 2 items a check. That’s it. My wardrobe builds without my killing my bank account. Sometimes I’ll save that weeks to compound with the next check.

This was such a great video. Im 16 and very nervous (but also very excited) to get my first summertime job and i wanted to be as educated about money as i possibly can be while also knowing how to handle it properly without overspending unnecessarily.
