💵 So excited for 2024. It’s been a solid 5 months low spending and killing debt. Gonna hustle all I can for it to be GONE at the end of next year. Believing, praying and working for it!

Identifying and focusing on categories prone to overspending is a strategic move. By honing in on groceries, eating out, household items, and toiletries, you're addressing common areas where budgets can easily slip. A targeted approach for financial success!

Love that you took it back to the beginning 🙌🏽 it’s definitely overwhelming when you first start out thinking that you need to have a bunch of envelopes and not being able to stuff them all adequately. That was my struggle in the beginning and I definitely fell off my budget religiously because it felt counterproductive lol but this time I’m keeping it simple and if I need to add envelopes later on I can always do that, like you said 🙌🏽 thanks for breaking it all down and taking it back to basics for us, girl! 🥂🤓

I can wait to do this tomorrow. I made and extra $2k working overtime to spend on my kids’ Christmas gifts. Just to realize I could have paid off 2 credit cards instead. I feel so defeated but watching all of your videos are helping me now.

I just started cash stuffing and budgeting in October. Because I had nothing saved for Christmas and because building sinking funds is hard, aside from groceries/gas/dining out I only stuffed gifts and "life happens" life happens will be my misc/oops I didn't budget fund but for now it is my all things sinking fund. After the first of the year I plan to spread it out to my other sinking funds when I have enough to get them off on the right track.

Hey bestie, my teller does the same thing, money goes in every direction possible😫 Great job taking it back to the basics.

Having to rethink my side hustle for the new year. But I’m excited despite the unknown that I will be able to adhere to my debt repayment and savings goals for 2024!

I use to be a bank teller, I have to have my bills facing the same way also. Some people don’t care. 😂😂😂 Okay, I’m doing the no spend challenge with you in January. I’m trying to do no spend challenge until June. Great video. While I was getting out of debt, I hated the envelope stuffing. I try to carry cash, sometimes it works. 😂😂😂😂🤑🤑🤑🤑 💵
I just like to see how people do it. 💲

I have been working on my budget, savings, paying off debt since Sept. I’ve paid off $6248. But it has been a struggle. It seemed like every time I saved some, something would happen and proof, the money was gone. The hardest thing has been putting on paper what happens in reality. For example, the money I get paid on the 15th, has to be used for the mortgage for the next month. Naturally, I want the money I earn in the month, to go towards the bills in that month. But it doesn’t work that way.

Good one, I am the type that I get anxious so I want to cash stuff everything at once. Its good to just start a few sinking funds then grow from there
