Thanx for the 1min review! 1. Can it vacuum carpets effectively from pet hair? 2. And does the app allow multiple different cleaning plans, e.g. clean kitchen on Mondays, clean rooms on Tuesdays, etc.

Have you had to untangle the main brush? Or is there something stopping the hair getting tangled?

Also why does it get dirty where it's supposed to clean the mop pads, that makes no sense
