How to setup multi floor cleaning in X10? Details are lacking from Xiaomi on this. It is not mentioned in the user manual, also they don't have any videos explaining the correct procedure to setup and use X10 vacuum for multi floor cleanup.

Another issue with the unit is the design of power cord on the back of dust collection dock, so the dock needs to be put a few inches away from the wall. This is not aesthetically pleasing.

Not getting extended warranty, did not receive replacement mop, did not receive cleaning brush. Also not able to set Y pattern in mopping. This vaccum seems to be lacking features from S10.
