It dint survive its warranty period of one year, and now the customers care is not responding, its been a week with their last visit. Disappointed with durability and customer care service. It should have lasted atleast its warranty period. Proves that its a true Chinese product. It also takes time to set up. Complicated to gauge the map. Gets stuck and sometimes gets confused of directions as well.

incredible, it’s been almost 3 weeks since our robot vacuum cleaner - purchased only two months ago - has been under repair at Xiaomi Turkey without us knowing when we will be able to recover it or have a replacement. I was quite a fan of this brand which develops its technology in many areas but now knowing their weakness (lack of reliability of the equipment and no real after-sales service) I strongly advise against purchasing Xiaomi equipment!

I'm from India, we have been using Mi devices since from 5 years and were waiting for Mi pad 5 pro from more than 1 year but unfortunately MI didn't launch that in India...
We all request you to launch Mi pad 5 pro in India as soon as possible so that we can enjoy our experience in better way .

I just bought the X20 vacuum cleaner on 16 April 2024. Product design may be a very big issue as the device became faulty in less than a month. To add to the heartache will be the processes of the technical & support team … quite unthinkable for such a reputable Company. PLEASE STICK TO THE OLDER MODEL WITHOUT FRILL. So sad & deeply disappointed.

I wish they had a bigger difference in names between models than X10 and X10+. I watched this video and got myself an X10. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great vacuum cleaner, I just wish they had different names for two completely different robots.

Mine just freezed. I couldn’t even turn it off. The buttons did not respond. Now the battery discharged and I can’t figure it out how to plug him into the base charger. I remember when it arrived I tried to manually put him into the base too but he didn’t started charging and it was easy to spot when it is charging because it was turned on and the lights would show, but now since I dont have any feedback from him I can’t even know. I am letting it rest plugged in the base right now but maybe he is not charging or maybe it has another problem since he bugged before all this.

bumper is stuck, even i tapped the bumper, its not working, robot just rotates at one place, even there is no debris, even their poor technician team could not fix it, i complained to xioami india, its still in warranty, they are not providing replacement, please help me.

Great, but here it's even more expensive than the real, mainstream, better developed products, with tons of reviews and experience. I can save hundreds of dollars on buying a better, more focused brand's product.

I have very little faith after buying Samsung Jeff bought AI Plus. Nothing is dumb as a box of rocks. $1500 in most of the times he goes out 6 ft cleans and little area then States it's going back to the base. I can never get ahold of Samsung customer service.

X10+ is unreliable, very disappointed with their product lately. Service centre cannot even repair carpet recognition problem 0:29 when turn on, vacuum carpet mode lift mop and max vacuum power all the way, if select avoid carpet, the robot will reverse straight and say fault. App even say ultrasonic sensor error u restart or contact service centre after 2nd repair. The x10+ started knocking my stand fan and even try climb up base & push through the toys on the floor (my old lidar xiaomi will climb) before the 1st fault it avoid climb stand fan base and toys as per video 0:07

Cost 1299 sgd, use for 1 month daily mop vac. Sent to service centre twice. Took almost a month to return from repair. Still same problem. Wtf is calibration files not found. Give up sending back for now.
There's no warranty exchange parts or robot unlike other brands, once is local authorised repair is not as good as out of factory condition.

I bought x10+ because my 1st gen xiaomi lidar vacuum robot had no problem for 3years before i gave to my sister.

Not buying their product ever again.
