I'm glad it's not being left up to NASA. If it were left up to them we could expect it to be completed by the year 2150 at a cost of at least ten trillion dollars.

Not to mention that the spacex starship would need 16 launches in refueling rockets to get the starship to the moon. They want an easier cheaper way to use more on the regular.

Some people thinks it’s just useless to go to the moon, but we won’t become an interplanetary species if we didn’t colonize any celestial body

I'm sure this is free.
Otherwise why would smart people spend money to go to another planet when we haven't figured out how to live on this one?
