They also may fall into the A-sexual spectrum, which hardly anyone talks about or understands. I consider myself demi-sexual, meaning I only develop attraction toward someone if I have a close bond with them first. I never experienced crushes and I tried to force it but that never helped. Wish more people talked about it, but it seems to confuse others more than homosexuality, like "how could you not be attracted to someone?" but its quite simple really. Anyways, I just wanted to share that as I felt so weird and alone before figuring this out & it's still quiet isolating because no one will talk about it.

That question is the EXACT same question that I have been asking my entire life (even though I'm 16) and I always get this same answer. And I guess that it could be true, but then there's the possibility that it will never be, and I will never understand what my friends feel for others, and never experience what media portrays as the most important thing in life- love. This scares me, and I know there is still plenty of time, as I am still young, but...

there is a term for that...it's called aromantic it is when person does not want romantic relationship or they just do not feel romantic attraction...i am aromatic

I’m terrified. I want to have a romance in my life, I want to fall in love, I want to love someone who loves me back. But what if that will never happen? I’ve never had a crush. I’ve only ever been single. What if I start dating someone and I feel nothing? That’s the last thing I want. I would hate to be aro/ace but what if I am? I’m so scared. I don't know what I'm attracted to honestly. Some days I feel I'm bi, others I'm pan, and others I'm just gay. I must give off straight vibes though... because only guys have shown interest in me, but I always shut it down because I'm scared I'll have a gay panic... And I'm still kinda new at telling people my sexuality because personally idk what it is and I'm not fully out yet haha. I've never had a crush (I'm 13 so yeah) but I think I have some kind of attraction to literally everyone at my class which is weird but yeah... But we've had the same people at the same class since 4th grade so maybe that is why I've never had a crush🤔...
