Man! Can I say how much appreciate you sharing all of this? There has been so much misleading when it comes to fitness industry and health care in general which personally has made me very skeptic over the years. This makes sense. I am having poor digestion, severe under eye bags, lost a bunch of hair on top even though I have issues such as DHT due to genetics(but it feels enhanced for poor health care) and bad skin, not able to add muscle even after working out for years, etc. I will follow what you have mentioned! Thank you!

This American, appreciates you sharing your wisdom. Your channel is just what I've been looking for. I'm a Christian but I've been so curious about Ayurveda. I'm going to try it all because I'm 31, extremely overweight and suffering poor digestion and muscle weakness and anemia, post birth but no high blood pressure or diabetes so I need to get my life in order for myself and my children. However you've forgotten to mention fasting, which is one of the most powerful ways of healing your digestive system. I never have trouble digesting when I fast. And my digestion is better afterwards....
