I've just subscribed and have watched quite a few of your videos already. What I like most is how concise and brief your videos are compared to many other channels in your similar genre. I find your videos packed full of useful information, concise and to the point without being verbose. All well done and edited. Thank you for respecting your viewers time and I look forward to more content)))Happy travels)

Loved this video. My wife and I are moving to Croatia on a digital nomas visa in September. We are trying to decide where to live. This sold us on Split! From one YouTuber to another, thanks for the great content. You got a sub from us!

We laughed out loud at the driving lesson! Thanks for the info. It’s on our list! (PS EVERYWHERE is on our list!)

4:46 The "red pepper sauce" you mentioned is actually called "ajvar". It's made of pepers, peppers, eghplant and spices. It's amazing, especially if it's home made. And "kajmak" is not a type of cheese, it's a clotted cream-like dairy product.

So glad you guys did Croatia and compared Split and Dubrovnik so that I had a perspective to go off from! Do you guys ever share your air bnb links? I will be going with two small pups and love the units you guys book in each location.

Cevapi at Paulina and grilled meats at Bakara is what we always recommend people to eat when they come to Split. You found the best places!

My husband taught in Norway for a while, which is also where a lot of his relatives emigrated from, so I think that will be our next international destination when everything is safe. Until then, we'll use the U.S.A. parks pass my family got us to visit some of the beautiful sights stateside.

Watching you from 🇨🇦Canada with my wife and Baby. Looking to move to Split in a few months hopefully. Do you have a car? We'd love to buy one eventually.

Great video ladies! Jillian, you’re very brave to take a standard driving lesson...good for you 👍. Split looks like a lovely location & I love your Air B&B....I so look forward to your travel videos. If I was able to travel again & the world was a safer place, I would like to spend time again in Malaga, Spain during the cold Canadian winter. I spent a month there ~5 years ago, renting accommodation across from the beach. It was within walking distance to the port, downtown, food markets & lots of tapas restaurants and not too far away from beautiful sites like Granada, Ronda, etc.

I really enjoy your videos. I'm looking into slow traveling and curious to know about safety and security...What do you do with your passports and valuables? Do you think a travel safe is necessary? Any tips for security that you recommend? Could you also share what a good capsule wardrobe should consist of to address the various climates? Thanks so much!

For winter escape, I remember going to Bali and being absolutely enchanted... But can't afford to go there too often! In summers, it's Barcelona all the way baby! A bit crowded, but so much choice of nightlife & food...
