I got my Surron for $200...I bought a new sur ron in 2020 and it got stolen. I had insurance and they paid me for it and I never bought another one. 4 weeks ago the police dept for a town about 120 miles from me in Southern Calif called me and said they recovered my surron. I went down and paid the impound $200 to get it out and now I have my pretty good condition sur ron back. Bought new forks, new gold wheels (front 19" rear 16" - bust off road setup) and some new plastics and break pads and I am good.

Nice to see you finally on a sur ron. If you want more power and range on a budget you can get chi batteries new 62v or 65v battery it's a drop in no need to upgrade controller the power is there waiting if you do down the line. It's really the best option overall.
. but there is no way you don't eventually upgrade power systems 😂

I don't have a surron but I have a jetson haze mini foldup.. and I love it.. ebikes are fun and a good in investment.. I use peddle assist for exercise.. ebikes are great..

North Shore Park, Vinoy Park and Straub Park are all gr8 places to tool around on whatever personal wheels you have. 37 yr resident of St. Petersburg and now just starting to see lots of e-bikes but no Surron or like. Stay safe out there, the new residents haven’t learned how to drive our streets yet.

I'm still so skeptical with ebikes but the more I look into them the more I want one. Just moved to Florida and its always nice I would love a Surron or eRide Pro and just rip through downtown areas having fun without drawing too much attention like if I was to do the same thing on my Harley.

I got a 5kW ebike that somehow gets mistaken as a surron. It's hella fun to do jumps and some small wheelies. The throttle is sketchy tho, i have to turn the throttle like 30 degrees before it starts speeding up and if i let go a bit too much it has a 1 second delay before it can power the motor.
