totally agree with #1. Once I heard the phrase "every time you leave the house look like you going to meet with your future wife because it maybe could be". Last week I met with girls unexpectedly: a lecture about architecture, underground sightseeing tour, and randomly at a shop. I looked confident enough to talk with them and sharp enough to they talk with me.

In a point of my life i started talking to random strangers...
in an elevator, to the supermaket cashier and so on...
The result was i saw in stoic faces but when i talk they light up. In general they talk back and that lowers my insecurities by far, cause i noticed that they have no other feelings than me. They are also unseen, bored, badly treated or whatever.
I can highly recommend this what i learned by accident. Not only you feel more worthy, .. the supermaket boss or cashier will greet you next time like a wellknown person. That feels good😊!!!
Every time i try to make a funny comment or a little joke, not to be a clown, instead lighten up their day.... and that feels good👌
Not to mention... now i can talk better to strange i expect that they react like other normal people

As a introvert even simple things like having conversation or saying hi to strangers is something my internal self resists and doesn't want to do i'd rather keep to myself. Although it''s something i've done before and it's effective for helping you warm up to actually approach women, but it's never something I can get myself to do willingly without forcing myself. Anybody else can relate or how they overcame this resistance?

this seems to be the best dating advice site ive seen on you tube yet, this video is SPOT ON, ive been doing most of this stuff by default (tho im not much of an approacher, and im older than he is). i'd add a got a lot of fashion advice from gf's and female friends... look your best every time you leave the house even if its just going for a walk or to a store real quick.
