I love this firm of delivery of information. No blah, blah, blah. Quick and straight to the point. Nobody wants to hear ramble on and on about nothing.

I’ve been taking Mg citrate ( horse pill size lol) for a few years because every time I stop it ( lazy…) about a week or two later my legs start to ache at night, not kidding. I’ve accidentally rechallenged this many times. And level is WNL 🎉

I got health problems cutting food out on a limited diet to help my IC interstitial cystitis at the time. Now, it was from Pundenal Neuralgia from disks bulges. I am still having sleep disturbing from peeing and burning from laying on my sides and back. My diet is not limited anymore. I am still in pain from fibromyalgia and Pundenal Neuralgia. Also arthritis and Rhumertoid arthritis. My diet is white meat and veggies. Some times while carbs and bad carbs when get low on money during the month, before my next government check. Peanut butter powder, dark chocolate power, oats, almonds, coconut flour, almond milk, honey, then all mix in a blender. Twice a day. It fills me up, but it get boring. So.i have make changes with mix berries with beet juice smoothies. Limited on excerise, because increase fatigue and increase pain levels. Also increase peeing and urethra pain. Pain spasms and burning . It's like UTI sensation, but with out the bacteria. Forty tests shows I have a negative UTI tests. Medical Community is a nightmare for suffers with my disorders. Some people have commit suicide over the lack understanding and care from the medical community and their family. For me to get government help, I have to commit suicide to be taken seriously.

Does diatomaceous earth have magnesium in it?
It is a mineral based pesticide. DE is approximately 3% magnesium, 33% silicon, 19% calcium, 5% sodium, 2% iron and many other trace minerals such as titanium, boron, manganese, copper and zirconium.
Yes, I take few pills of this a day.

My fibromyalgia was from a head injury, not moods.
