This is one of the few recipes I've found online that doesn't use ketchup and I commend you for it. Plus, adding the celery and carrots is a great way to get the kids to eat something they otherwise would not have eaten. I'll be making this on friday for some Germany friends and hope they enjoy it as much as I did growing up.
