Galaxy Tab 10.1 - Hard Factory Reset (two ways)

I had to re-upload this old video due to copyright flag.
Here are instructions on how to perform a full (hard) reset to return the Galaxy Tab to factory settings and deleting all data. Will show two ways, through settings and by button combination.

If you flashed TWRP it should be straightforward. Home - Wipe - Slide the slider to wipe or do a format

I need to do the factory hard set. I was able to move to the Factory hard set logo and then pushed the up volume button, but nothing happened. I am now stuck on the Factory hard set mode and can not turn the tablet off, so I will have to run the battery until it runs out and charge it up and try again. The video is excellent.

one the second step.. I have selected the reset icon but once I press the volume up button to go to the next step all it does is flicker and nothing else happens from there

If your locked out. Get on another device and login to your Samsung account and you can unlock it from there.
Might depend on if your device is connected to internet though.
