I show you how to fix a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 that has a stuck or frozen screen, has unresponsive screen, can't restart, or can't swipe etc. Hope this helps.

Update. Its working great. Thank you. I deleted spotify for now as i think thats the app that think you saved me so much effort! I tried everything and was going to place a warranty claim. I have it charging now and I think it's actually working again. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! The volume down button was not working and so I could only decrease the volume by taking several steps, but once I did the force restart everything was corrected!

For me its only a temporary fix to do a force shutdown. The touch screen will work for awhile and then become unresponsive.
