No mat needed! All you need is a chair, a wall, a desk; anything you can hold on to! This workout will tone your legs and your butt and is great to do while you are brushing your teeth or waiting for your dinner to cook. Anytime you have 10 minutes and want to add in a quick butt workout, this is it!

I love the fact that it's simple exercises that I can do and feel I can accomplish my goal of getting my pre baby body back without all the fancy footwork of most exercise video's. I'm so happy I found one fit for me thanks😊

Hi Lauren! I love this workout because it is soo easy and I don't have a mat so this is really handy.
I've done this workout twice no but rather than my butt hurting, only my legs burn. Do I do it right?

I thought this would be easy because it was standing. I was so wrong.
Btw, I love the way you snap along to your workouts. It makes them so much more fun and adds tempo. I can never snap as loudly though, haha.
