It's a wonderful and great explanation. How often can this exercise be done? and how long this exercise show improvement in both big toes that are trained. Is there any evidence of success from your patients who have carried out this exersices?

Thank you very Mitford sharing. I just knew I got bunions. I ran and I didn’t know what caused my foot pain. I see your solution does not only treat the symptoms, toe area, but also the root cause, maybe calf, maybe hips. I will give it a try and hope it will help. Then I can resume my training
