Making the Easiest Sago Recipe 💜

✨RECIPE✨
1. Boil 1 cup sago for 10 min and then turn off heat and cover for 5 min
2. Peel & dice 1.5 lb taro
3. Boil for 20 min or until fork tender
4. Drain the water out and mash the taro (I like to leave it a little chunky for the extra texture)
5. Mix in 1 can coconut milk, few drops ube extract for color (optional), cooked sago, and sugar to taste (I used ~5oz rock sugar)
6. Stir on medium heat until sugar is dissolved and enjoy! 😋

this is pretty similar to the filipino hot dessert bilo bilo, with tapioca dough, ube, sago, condensed milk, and sweet potatoes! YUMMY
