HOW TO STAY COOL IN HOT WEATHER?

Risks of getting too hot in warm weather include dehydration, and a variety of heat-related illnesses.
Keeping your body cool will also help your mood calm too.
There are lots of simple and effective ways to stay cool in hot weather and most of them are very affordable.

For years I have been practicing this but using my own technic. I close my eyes and relax. Picture yourself in the coldest memory of your life. Take your fingers from both hands and slowly touch your skin on your stomach, up and down while still remembering how cold you felt. Spray some water on your arms legs and belly while continuing to keep your mind in that cold place. Practice. Then when you start feeling goosebumps still keep practicing. After you have done this a few times now work on stopping the goosebumps with heat. Picture yourself in the hottest memory of your life, mine is the desert. By doing this over and over you will be able to give yourself goosebumps then make them stop immediately with out the use of the spray bottle. After practicing this for so long I am now able to make myself get goosebumps then immediately stopping the chills and doing it all over again. Mind over matter the power of the mind is very interesting.

Also putting up your hair if you have long hair it gets it out of the way. Helps you stay cooler

COLD OUTDOOR SHOWER - We tie a garden hose to a tree limb and put a shower head or nozzle on it. We use it to cool ourselves off and get refreshed as often as necessary here in scorching northern California where it regularly gets 100 degrees and hotter, and stays that hot for days and days. The summers here last for 5 months or more. This outdoor shower is so simple, and no cleanup afterwards is necessary. We locate the shower in our garden or near a tree so the water does not go to waste - it waters our garden or trees as we shower to stay cool and refreshed.

You forgot to tell people to go to the lowest ground possible and sit in the total shade.Also if you have a nice clean basement go there.Also if you seek shade under a tree (a better choice for shade is the total shade cast by a building)you should immediately get away from under that tree if a thunder and lightning storm starts.This is because people have been struck by lightning and killed while under a tree in a thunder and lightning storm.This is be cause lightning strikes the tallest structure in an area.
