At night, I use a ice cold sleep pillow. I put it in the fridge or freezer a few hours before and then put it under my pillow. I have an ice box next to me and I fill it with a spare ice pillow and some ice blocks. I also put a garden spritzer in the cooler box too. Being in menopause with night sweats, I really need to go to extreme levels or else I am up all night having a freezing shower. During the day I have another garden spritzer when I am out and about which helps as I do a lot of walking. I keep ready to drink orange squash in the fridge. I also have a sunsail shade and put it in the front of my house where the sun is really intense. Sleeping in the heat has been a nightmare, but I think I have cracked it without needing a fan. Being in the UK many houses don't have fans
