It's difficult for me to practice Speaking because i have been away from speaking English for a long time, but your Youtube video helps me a lot. Your speaking way of English is easier for my ears(me) to listen and understand, this is exactly "Comprehensible Input" for me:)

Thank you Tanya. When I'm listening to you I feel as an advanced learner because I can understand almost 95% what you speak. But when I listen to my manager that is Polish or Series in English, I feel very bad because I only can understand like 30%. It is very frustrating. Do you have any advice? Thanks in advance <3

Agree. I would though add one other key skill in addition to speaking, writing, reading and listening. This fifth skill is thinking. Without thinking you have (almost) nothing to say or to write and you won't memorize what you have read or heard. Thinking is something you can train your brain to do everywhere, silently or not, pen in hand or not, using simple words to describe something or some action, or elaborating on a more sophisticated vocabulary and a more complex syntax.
