How do you get more explosive? I could dunk but people tell me I jump so slow and that it’s like I’m not even trying, I’m a power jumper as well a one foot jumper.

I can’t jump as high with an full approach than a 1 step approach. I’m so close to touching the rim and I feel as though if I learn how to be stable when jumping after my full approach, I could touch the rim easily. What can I do to be more balanced when I run my full approach (which is a 4 step approach)
