This isn't true with every PC. Some add a BIOS memory chip that is physically written to store the data.

It’s not that it draws too much power, becuase it doesn’t draw much power during startup. It’s the instability of the overclock making the system not boot.

Also there is another thing you can try there are two pins right under the gpu near the cmos battery by using a fork or any metal object put it between the pins for 10 seconds and the bios will restart

I did this back in 2022 or 2021 with my Ryzen 5 2600 as a 12 Year old and almost fryed the cpu but since it was a prebuilt customer service had helped on the phone

(update) After 4 hours, The only thing that fixed it was me taking the motherboard battery completely out of system and NOT putting it back in. I took it out and put it back in countless times. The trick was to just LEAVE IT OUT. That’s the only way it runs normally again. So weird. Never have i seen this before.
