AAON unit sounds like a Goodman - That means that something is wrong

It seems that the Baldor motors used in the new AAON units are using junk bearings. EVERY motor in these approx 14 month old AAON units are already noisy. Several were critical so I replaced the bearings rather than replace the motor as I believe that is the better fix to avoid the chance of just getting another motor with the same crappy bearings.
The supply fan and exhaust fan take the exact same 1 HP 460v Baldor motors. The condenser fan is a 3/4 HP Baldor and one of them is starting to be noisy as well. Uh oh.
All motors are 3 phase and running on a VFD.

NTN, Koyo and NSK are all high-end Japanese bearing manufacturers. Really surprised it went bad, even if it was made in Taiwan. I wonder if the VFD is developing shaft currents that are destroying bearings?

It's not the bearings. It's the VFD producing random shaft currents. Should have installed a ground ring with those new bearings
