Shoulder Instability Injuries in the Military | MIRROR Project 6

Shoulder instability injuries are one of the most burdensome injuries in the U.S. military. Service members are 20x more likely to experience a shoulder instability injury compared to civilians. Even worse, after experiencing one instability event, more than 80% experience re-injury later in their lives.
