10:15 The giveaway for me in this clip is how we are watching everything speeded up slightly, denoting dude can easily edit stuff in and out of any video which he has probably done here. The other giveaway, this ‘thing’ (which looks suspiciously like it could be the dude’s friend) is so obvious to us behind the screen that why didn’t he react in any way? You can’t miss it if it were really there but, of course, it wasn’t really there and probably edited in after the event. The other even easier explanation that has just occurred to me is that the dude could just very quickly run out of shot as the camera pans left. Actually, come to think of it, that’s the most logical explanation. Occam’s razor.

10:06 Fake. Watch closely as he first enters the room with the supposed ghost. You can see a shadow pass just before he starts panning. That's someone dashing through to get behind the screen. That figure also casts a shadow into the room. Then that someone dashes back into the room as the poster is looking into the adjoining room on the left.

I was just watching the video and had a holy s*** moment when I noticed at about 14:27, at the playground....that is in my home state in NH! That is Pawtuckaway State Park in Nottingham, NH. There is a lake there that I visit frequently in the summer. So cool to see a place from my tiny state! 😀
