Hi doctor.. I have some questions I do hope you can answer

1. Does newborn babies need to be massaged? Like I always see lots of videos where they roughly massages the newborn, shaping its nose, head and pulling their neck)

2. In swaddling, should we straighten the newborn legs and use something like a cloth to tie it so it will stay straight? Don't it make the babies uncomfortable or in pain?
